What is Kyokushinkai?
Kyokushinkai is a traditional style of karate. It incorporates punching, striking, blocking & kicking. It is an excellent form of self-defence and a fun way to get/stay fit and strong.
The Club The club has been going for over 10 years under it's chief instructor Shihan Collen Sedoaba and has a rich history of success. At the moment we have ten black belts teaching and training regularly. For more information see the background page.
Shihan Collen Sedoaba Shihan is a black belt 5th Dan and has been to Japan many times for training.
What do I need to start? Absolutely nothing. Our one-month beginner's courses cost nothing, just turn up in some loose fitting clothes and you're away. See our FAQ's for more details.
